The Massiac Cottage is located in the heart of France, just 1.5 km from exits 23 and 24 of the free A75 highway, which runs through France from North to South and vice versa. Situated 50 minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, it’s an ideal stop for travelers coming from all directions.
Parking : Use the parking of the Hôtel Les Portes du Cantal, located just next door.
Outdoor Pool : Enjoy the hotel’s pool, open during the summer.
This spacious duplex cottage of 200 m², located in the heart of the village, can accommodate up to 24 people.
On the first floor, it includes three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 One 140 cm bed and one 90 cm bed
Bedroom 2 One 140 cm bed,
Bedroom 3 Three 90 cm beds
This level also features a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, a second bathroom with sink and bathtub, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and tableware for 24 people. There’s also a loggia with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a large living area with a large flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining table with chairs.
On the second floor, the mezzanine offers two dormitories:
Dormitory 1 Six 140 cm beds
Dormitory 2 Two 140 cm beds
BREAKFAST AND MEALS
Breakfast is prepared and set up in the cottage by our housekeeper. For groups of more than 10 people, it’s possible to order prepared meals, which will be delivered to the cottage upon arrival.
